yes i acually have restarted it and even tried redownloading the game but nothing seemed to help.

You could try this, and let me know if it works.On your local disk, if you go to: Users>YourName>AppData>LocalInside there you will see a 'PrehistoricWorld' folder. Delete that folder. Do a fresh download of the game. Then try opening it again.

What GPU do you have? I'm wondering if it's something hardware related.
i accually dont know and i cant really check but in about two weeks i have a nother pc to test the game on if its hardware related
