Hey, if you want to gain traction before being able to add better art, mby it would be better to grab some illustrations of actual medieval equipment instead of AI? I think using AI would be counterproductive to what you want, as many people (me included tbh) are immediately scared off by it. I think I saw some nice museum open commons archive with medieval equipment. I could look it up and send it to you if you want?

Nice suggestion! Thank you for that. I will look and check what I can find. I super understand and agree about that. Currently I'm doing a tool for star using full 3D and unity, no AI in any way! It's looking super cool.

What about that, I'll first remove all pages with equipment illustration and change the project to NO AI, then I'll slowly add those back with real art or ilustrations?

Sorry, I don't get what you're asking here? Do you mean whether you should just delete the illustrations instead of using like publicly available illustrations for now? If you think that'd be best, then sure, go for it! My idea was just a proposal if you wanted to have some art there. I don't think it's absolutely necessary for a WIP game, so it can just wait for the art you decide works best!

Any substitution will take time, even if from public available pictures, I'm just thinking if it's better to keep as is for now or remove the pictures and the UI disclosure. Not sure.

I would be for removing them personally.
