Yeah I've been thinking about that problem too. Maybe there could be a passive ability that adds a regenerating last-chance shield, but only once you're naked, or something like that.
That sounds fun XD
You could also have passives that trade max HP for perks until the heroine has only one HP but has strong enough passives to balance it out.
