just letting u know that it wasn't a one time thing. I came back to play some more and it is happening again. If i notice what fixes the issue i let u know
Sorry about that, we've made a change to try and fix it, so that if it happens again you can try:
1. open a new browser tab
2. switch back to the game tab - the menu should automatically open
3. click resume
