I think vertical rotation will be a huge problem. I promised to try adding frame-by-frame animation to this plugin, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I’ll think about what can be done with this. Essentially, this would require implementing voxel rendering to rotate the SpriteStack in 3D (am I understanding correctly what you want?).
I think I saw another plugin for Aseprite somewhere that creates a 3D model based on a SpriteStack. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name.
