Was normal that ther are so many Teno-nemone? (If not clear i blacet just 1-2 of them at the start)
They will duplicate if they eat meat, which can lead them to spread across the map, its fairly normal. You can destroy them with Golden Rods if you want, or just be careful with food supply around them.
