i think you're rushing things, WO. you advised " I am currently in active conversations with Cáritas to finalize their registration" which sounds like progress and a "finish line" in sight. personally, i think your timeframe is unrealistic and i'd suggest you extend the submission deadline, expand the potential bundle, & continue a "slow and steady" progression to make it work.
otherwise, with the "urgent" tone, i'm afraid you'll find similar result with any organizations you pursue. i want them to receive help now, as well, but their need will be around for a LONG time. maybe "slow and steady" is the quickest way to facilitate our support? meanwhile, you could/should post a link or 2 to Cáritas Venezuela in the overview?

I've been mulling over this since the weekend, and just like you said I want to help asap, but you bring a good point and maybe as soon as possible is not the very next week. And rushing could end up being detrimental in the long run.
I messaged them on Instagram and a friend of mine that's in Venezuela is helping me by calling them and haven't received answers on either front yet.
I also don't want to let everyone that has chipped in down, I'll extend the submission by a week, days are going fast and very slow at the same time for me so this will also get some pressure off.
