I like your read on the resonators as “dials”. If I go back to this, I’ll likely redesign the control surface to behave more like an analog amplitude gauge than the spinning tops I had in mind. The controls were a consistent gripe from others as well. I also like the idea of creating circumstances where the user needs to make specific motions to adjust the controls. great notes!
The gameplay does get a bit repetitive. Increasing the number of dials is a pretty mild progression mechanic. Could definitely put some more risk into the game to keep it interesting.
