I couldn't finish it out of boredom but it's not the worst, it feels like playing a game while some show is running in the background, some suggestions include
- add changing pictures that show what happens in the story instead of just a black background
- subtitles, these can attract the gamer's attention more
- removing boards shouldn't be a limited time upgrade, u could make it a max of 3 per chapter instead of at the game's total
- light should just be maxed out and not need any upgrades, I shouldn't pay to not get a headache
- upgrade that allows holding hammer to remove nails
- perhaps u earn 75% of a wooden bored for each leftover board from clicking the heart
