Why is it that when I try downloading Android version it shows it's not safe to download
Because your OS doesn't have this game in here trusted list.

to download or to install?
if unsafe to install -- try another Android version.
if unsafe to download -- that's probably antivirus, or firewall, or something else. I guess it says so to each game you download.
