v2.4 file is the second increased pricetag, the original file with the original pricetag is on v2.3, if you previously bought the whole project with the exact old pricetag then you could not access files with a higher pricetag in the future, but if you bought the project with higher price than any pricetag currently available then you could access the files if that file is the same price or below the price you have paid.
