This is really good, and I love the idea of now being on the side of those who undergo the transformation. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be interesting to have longer texts for when we lose, since losing will be more common now than in the previous game. It wouldn't hurt to have more explicit texts about what happens to the adventurers when they fail and lose, or something extra to add more flavor.
