The achievement is possible, but it is very difficult to earn. It is highly recommended that you set the game to easy mode if you want to complete it.
One, you need to get hypnotized AND reach wave 10 or beyond; it doesn't say that you must be hypnotized 15 times BY wave ten. That would be far too difficult.
Make sure you get a good weapon with the weapon vending machine, and use an anaphrodisiac after every hypnosis. Only let yourself get hypnotized once per wave. It is recommended that you either let yourself get hypnotized immediately at the beginning of the wave, or at the very end, after all the other enemies are dead.

To earn the achievement, it will likely take up to 15+ waves.
Managing your character's libido and pleasure is paramount to getting this achievement. This is one of the hardest ones in the game, so don't feel bad if it takes a while.
