Ah, I updated the installation process on the main mod page this update, the section labelled "Asset Installation" has where and how to place the folder.
It looks like during sex (or masturbation) the precum collides with whatever the penis is touching. You can really see it when masturbating a penis, and afterwards cum squirts out of the hand, which looks really weird.
