I love the idea and gameplay even though my fingers hurt now. Also I like the graphics: it has nice color palete that's easy on the eyes and doesn't distract you from button mashing.
Issues I've noticed: the soundtrack loop is too short and gets repetitive, and it wasn't obvious that the therapy heals you too (glad I used it when I was running out of control health)
