Thank you very much for spotting & reporting those bugs! I'll make sure they're fixed in the next update.
The action counter only actually applies to the care home; you get 2 actions there per timeslot, as you can't do as much per action compared to a full date (this was one of the first systems I added after the original release).
I can definitely increase the livestream cap. I'd like to add lots more features to this in future updates!
I can also expand the options when you care for girls you know at the care home, as an employee.
