not all tvs are useful, tho many are necessary to progress, its like something u have to decide to use when you need it

no, its just another mode of playing the game, you have Raiho Normal mode, and Raiho CRT mode, where you move 16 pixels per time and everything is stopped, you can use it for your advantage since enemies dont hurt you in CRT mode.
as for the last point i mentiod, idk at what point you arrived, but in the final boss fight you have to use CRT mode to win, you can't win without using it.
there's 5 bosses, if you count the tutorial one, and if u count the final boss phases separatly its 6.
i really recommend you to finish it, its not too long, i beat it myself in under 20 minutes.
the final boss is really fun, in particular the second phase, so please if you have the time try and beat it! if you beat it send me the final stats screen screenshot!
