I had the same question, so I used an old save and did a speedrun to the end. THE SCENE IS THE SAME, BUT BEING ON THEIR ROUTE OR NOT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN TERMS OF, LET'S CALL THEM, FUTURE PLANS.

how about on the different route is it not the same or thats what the update is about? Cause i think its on emmas route thats why i played but nothing really changed since the last time?

This chapter was about the end of Emma's story arc. ALL players probably had 95% of the same content; the difference is that, being on her route, the scenes (intimacy) and therefore her dialogues are more intimate (and I assume that's the same for all the girls). THE FINAL SCENE IS EXACTLY THE SAME for everyone.
