I just had a look at the game after reading your comment, and it turns out Spin does nothing due to an error on my part. "Spin" is supposed to affect the speed at which the weapon spins, while "Speed" is meant to affect movement speed. But as things are now, "Speed" affects both. I'll be sure to fix that after the jam and try to fix other bugs. Thanks for letting me know :)
