So I donated and was charged. But itch.o is not letting me get the files. I’m very disappointed. 😢

That's weird, you should be able to get the files even if not donating anything.
I've received a few donations from the same name, I'll accept one and send back the money from all the others. That's a weird itch glitch because I don't own a corporate paypal.
