Open it and walk away. Sometimes mine will take a while to load. I think I waited 5 mins once. It usually only happens the 1st time I open a new installation. After that it's generally quicker
I've tried that a couple times, just tried it again, it froze up a lot and took longer than I thought it would, however it did eventually work, hopefully it continues to do so.
I find that if I click on it after it opens, it will freeze. Sometimes it will find itself again if I tell it to wait for it to respond. But it takes a lot longer if I let it freeze. Just open it and let it rest, like a good wine
