After difficulty has past 10, invertness starts getting unmanageable as she starts attacking faster than the lever can recharge
Stall her by looking at her, even at 20 you can stall her relatively easily for the light to recharge (I'm saying this from 0.1.2 so be aware of that)

on the left upper one, if she's blushing it means she's being stalled, though she will keep being stalled for a bit after too
