I can give you some hints if you'd like..
- For the floral sacrifice one you have to gather swamp lilies from the ch2 wetlands and put them to use in ch3.
- There is no way to open the administrator's chamber.
- I can confirm that the solution to the lock which is in the tunnels of the power station in ch2 is linked to a document. (This is part of a hidden secret so this is all I'll say)
