Nice atmosphere with good external motivation to collect fun fish! Wish the fishing part had a little more to it to make the action of catching them more engaging.
100% I think making the player have to press the button again at the ding would be my next move if I were to continue. also though I do like the random modifiers I think adding betting mechanics and fish values/rarities would make the game more engaging.
