super impressive what you were able to get done in just a couple of days here!

this was a good time! I liked the little story bits thrown in at the beginning and at the endings.

The art here is incredible!

This was awesome!!! I came in not knowing what to expect but it certainly wasn't a dispatch/warioware-like with amazing humor and some really fun mini games. holy peak

thanks for playing my game! I have since found the issue and fixed it, however unfortunately I won't be able to upload that version until after the jam ends. I'm glad despite the error you still enjoyed your time with my game.

this game is HELL YEAH SIMULATOR, the gameplay is fun, the music is a banger, ESPECIALLY with the frenzy, overall this is awesome!

I really love the visuals in this game, it is really really cool.

I also made a fish related game in pico 8! this was super fun, the platforming was difficult but not impossible. I really enjoyed the "going into walls" mechanic.

I also used pico 8 for my game! this was awesome, it was a really nice puzzle game mechanic.

man this game is very heavy, but it's executed very well. nicely done.

I also made my game in Pico 8! this is super impressive, it was a bit difficult judging when I needed to jump because of the aliens slowing down but other than that, this game felt super good.

I also made my game in Pico 8. knowing you made this in Pico 8 makes this so impressive. how did you do the gem visuals it looks like they might be constructed using shapes and lines? super cool stuff. I know from my game that getting anything to spin in Pico is pretty tough, awesome work!

I also made my game in Pico 8! I loved the music here, and the visuals too, super impressive how you made the ship feel like it was moving forward.

I also used Pico 8 for my game! I'm pretty impressed with how you made the circles spin!

This is awesome! the cookie strat is def the way to go.

Pico 8 is really fun! I've dabbled a little bit most of the other engines but I always get sidetracked and overwhelmed and never finish anything. I think Pico 8 is a really great remedy to that as it really restricts the options that are available to you, and focuses heavy on the programming aspect of game development. I'll probably do a couple more projects in Pico, and then I want to try Godot again. Pico 8 is also just a really fun tool to mess around in though, I highly recommend it.

the vibe, visuals, and audio were all awesome! the cheating mechanic made things really interesting!

wild... thank you

do you know about how many fish you caught before running into this error?

And for that, you did a phenomenal job! this was my first finished game too, and I just found out it lowkey has a runtime error that can happen. but either way developing any game is a crazy achievement and you should absolutely be proud of it.

ope, no i was not, that is good to know

NOOOOOOO, but also thank you for letting me know. sucks that that flew under the radar until after the submission changes closed, but I think I know why that happened so it's a good thing to take note of.

I'm glad you like it! I do love the Pico-8 colors, they all work really well together. I'll be sure to check out your game too

Thank you! your game was awesome too!

Great job! this was also my first game Jam. I really liked the concept you had, you were able to do quite a bit with it!

I really like the death sound effect and leaderboard

This game was Adorable, I really liked how you could customize your spin wheel to add some strategy in an otherwise completely random chance battle.

Super cool mechanic, I like the level interactivity and the whole thing felt pretty smooth

the physics are a little goofy but I like the concept

the mouse was wiggin' out a little bit but other than that it was a pretty fun time!

fun concept, it barely squeezes by on the theme, but those ducks were spinning so I see it.

Honestly, this was exactly as advertised. peak stuff right there. reminds me of the memes of playing  sonic in first person lol.

Pretty Good, I really like the visuals. I was a little bit confused on the IQ settings but other than that solid gameplay.

This game has come a long way since I playtested it a couple days ago. I honestly love the controls, they are terrible in the best way.

Definitely a creative and serious concept. There was a lot of text which while interesting, was a lot.

This was awesome, I love the janky low poly aesthetic. The mechanic was simple but really well executed, and it had me on the edge of my seat at times. also the writing was really witty and I loved it.

I don't see anything spinning but the core gameplay loop was pretty fun.

I liked the visuals and the fighting! I feel like the objective was a little unclear. there were a lot of moves to know but I didn't feel like any of them were really any more effective than any others. I also couldn't really find any of the spin aspect in the game. despite this, with some polish this could be really really cool.

I played the full game straight away and thought the game was broken but it turns out I was just a little impatient. Sometimes you really do need to play the tutorial lol. Once I did that, this game really clicked for me. I found the mechinics satisfying and overall I felt the whole thing was really creative.

100% I think making the player have to press the button again at the ding would be my next move if I were to continue. also though I do like the random modifiers I think adding betting mechanics and fish values/rarities would make the game more engaging.
