Nice work!  I like the take on a "spin class" as an application of the theme, and I love the ASCII visuals!  

It took me a little while to figure out what everything in the UI meant, but once I did, the gameplay was pretty fun.  I finished "good enough for ink seal," but I still haven't figured out how to know when an upgrade is ready; maybe some kind of clear audio or visual indicator (the button lights up or similar) would help that part out.  There was also just a lot going on the interface all the time; I never looked at the right-hand column, for example, because I felt my attention needed to stay on the bikers.

All-in-all, though, I had a lot of fun with my playthrough, and I think with a little bit of decluttering/minimalization, this could be something really cool.
