Quick question! I’m playing my very first game of Miru and rolled Caves of Shinda for my first event on my starting hex (oi vey!). It says it ends on event 8 or turn 10, but I’m absolutely not equipped to take on either of the difficulty 3 enemies in there yet (I think.) I ended up basically running through and just stopping at the squares for events 1, 5, 7 for the loot and waiting out the extra turns since I didn’t want to fight. Was that the correct thing to do? It seemed really easy to avoid the fights so I wasn’t sure if I HAD to engage 8 or like, had to do the events in order (so I couldn’t stop at 7 because I didn’t do the fights at 6). Thank you for your time I have been enjoying my first session either way!

wow what a first event. I think it's very thematic to avoid fights on your first week out into the wilderness. It sounds like you did everything with the right strategy! I've seen a lot of folks die early on because of getting into fights way over their head. While you missed out on some interesting lore/interactions, i think you handled it well.
