I was originally put-off by the (respectfully) uncanny art, but after cracking open the pamphlet to try it out I found a bunch of reasonable, concise, and interesting rules!
The description doesn't do a great job at mentioning them, but there's a great flowchart for vampiric powers, a custom panic table, rules for hunger and vampiric weaknesses, and a ton of appropriately bloodthirsty items, loadouts, statblocks, and optional rules/fiction!
