My best time was 3:53. Loved the visuals but I found it very hard to get into the gameplay, partly due to me sucking at racing games, but partly due to the camera. The camera being strictly orthogonal on a single axis means that when I run on a street that's perpendicular to the camera, I can't see more than a meter ahead of the player character. With some 360 camera rotation, this game would be a lot more fun.

Yea I 100% agree with your sentiment regarding the camera. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out a solution that wouldn't interfere with the 2d sprite's animation when turning.
