I like the artstyle, the pixel art is very pretty!
I really, really wanted to get to the end of the game, but jeez is it hard, probably invested 20 minutes into this or more, even when I had really good modifiers, it's mostly the hp you have, you don't get many items tbh and I can't seem to get to the end.
I'm not sure what the diplomacy button does, I'm guessing it's for the last enemy, but couldn't make it there.
The 2X damage modifier doesn't do 2x damage, it almost seems like it does half damage, and the Healing one just blocks out the damage of the enemy.

I had to cut diplomacy last-minute, sorry for not removing the button for it.
I think the 2X damage has an issue due to the ‘partial hit’ system that was supposed to make it more random, so that’s definitely on me.
I could def change a few things to make it more fun, but I’ll have to wait for the voting to end :(
