HI! To answer your question: yes, it is a false positive. All clickteam fusion games share the same runtime, which leads to them being flagged as viruses.
As for admin rights: you can run the game even without them. But, game creates text files on your computer and opens internet links (for pictures), so I've put that requirement just for you to not be interrupted by system messages and so on.
