Yeah, I guess the tutorial could be optional.
The first "wall of text" does mention that you can pan the camera by holding down the right mouse button, hehe.

omg wait yeah definitely partially my bad, got a bit overwhelmed and forgot it lol
I've now removed the tutorial and hopefully made the game a bit more intuitive. Thanks for the feedback!
