We would love to include Ukrainian, we are open to all languages as long as someone is willing to do the translation work :).
If you’d like to translate it to Ukrainian, reach out in Discord :D.
For your second question, it really depends, because languages are provided by volunteers that offer their time to do the language translations for their language. As long as people volunteer for a language, we will always try to add it, so it really depends on if people from all languages come to translate the game :P.
