First thanks for saying the template is good, but also do you mean not working as in its not being updated or not working as in there's a compatibility problem with the files?
I'm still hoping my health can recover to the point that I can resume the project. Right now the worst case scenario (assuming I can keep medicaid or have some sort of money for medical coverage) is that I need to rely on temporary steroid treatments . That translates to one in five weeks of being in good condition (I'm on one of those good weeks now, hence this reply). In a few hours I'm going to be able to get a referral for a rheumatologist which is my last best hope for something more like a permanent treatment for whatever the hell has gone wrong with my nervous/endocrine/immune systems.
I actually carry a lot of shame for stepping away from this project as I gradually became less and less capable of the concentration, effort, and creativity it required to keep it going. Its objectively very silly to feel that way, but its the truth.
Anyway, I'm going to drop an image here of the Version 3 character I was working on when things stalled out (there's also lots of mix&match costume options, so people wouldn't need to edit this many frames just to get a game-ready character).
