You can start from English (GameFolder/Common/lang00.txt) or from French (GameFolder/Common/lang02.txt). All French characters are in the pixel font so you can directly create lang10.txt for Canadian French and it will immediately become playable in-game. The section "Feedback and bug reports" tells you how to contact me. I can also provide you a way to easily test the dialogues in-game.
