Ps2 has 32 MB of ram and 4MB of video memory.One 4k texture, of which I think 5 are used in just the missionary scene would take up the whole memory.Safe to say, no.
you can downscale all the textures to fix the issue i guess (?. it ll look a little horrible but it could work :D
