How about constantly working on finishing the game? 6 years of development and not even halfway through the game. There is no timeline where it should take as long as it does for you to make simple adjustments and bugfixes, because that's all that has been done from v0.16 to the current version. Even then, only one enemy was added in v0.16
Big teams with funds take a long while to finish games, what do you expect from small teams with almost no funds? Just because there is small things we can release in updates it doesn't mean that's all that we have to show. Please, don't pretend you know how difficult it is to develop games. If you want games releasing really fast just go download AI slop shit and don't bother coming back
