I just tested redownloading, deleting and resideloading fresh. and worked out fine…
So the issue it’s not the file.
Are you sideloading online via the playdate website or through the SDK? If online, do you see the game in the sideload section? or not at all?
I’m not super sure of what it could be, but if it still not working give me a shout I can try to help as best as I can.
