Sorry, looks like the game doesn't work on your PC because of an OpenGL/graphics driver issue, not because of the game files.
Please try updating your graphics drivers from Intel/NVIDIA/AMD. If your PC is very old or uses Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, the game may not run, unfortunately.
