I have a questionn. What does the giant question mark do in the last level? It turns into a giant pirate symbol and nothing else.
You might be experiencing a bug or the NTR toggle.
Try restarting the game and seeing if it changes anything, if that doesn't work, turning off the NTR toggle should get it working. It should give you a scene.
