Yes, unfortunately we have a problem with the zoom on the browser.. Please refresh and try to zoom out (or in, I'm not completely sure) and let us know if the problem remains.. If the UI aligns properly then the symbols on the dice should be clickable.
After clicking on the colored symbol on the dice click on the patient's therapy (same symbol) and let us know if it works!!

Refresh wont help, i did the zoom "trick". The game was playable that way.
The graphics and the color palette look amazing. The graphics, music and sounddesign match the oppressive atmosphere.
There was a bug (once!) where the timer startet after i healed a patient, so that the next patient hat 3 seconds to to cured.
UI looks nice if you ignore the glitch ;)
This game is in my Top 10 this jam ouf of 100 games i have testet.
