Interesting concept, and I like how you have to collect the artifacts from previous runs to get to being able to pass the level. I did encounter a glitch where while clicking through things quickly I skipped over a room. I'm not entirely sure how it happened, but when the map pulled up the highlighted lines passed beyond the dragon room. However, I went to the cowbell room and still died to the skeletons. I might pull up the prototype and see if I can recreate the scenario reliably. If I do I'll give better information in a reply.
