Thank you for playing and for the feedback! The only way to protect yourself from "bad" rolls is by either instantly rerolling when you roll it or by purchasing items from the shop. Unfortunately its not very clear to the player that you get coins from each healed patient.
Sorry to hear about the music's panning, I am not familiar with it as an issue but I ll check out if somethings feels off with it.
