Update 1.1 quick fix:
- fixed the spawn rates for metal ores
- fixed microphone detection on certain browsers (all the ones using Chromium)
- Added recipes for the missing starting tools (hammer, toothpick, sword)
- Fixed a side-quest bug where holding down Q or A does not count as holding down LEFT.
