Found this too confusing. Even if I managed to lug a stolen bag over to the buyer, a seagull would snipe me from across the screen.
Yesss you have to be careful of the seagulls, they come with warnings, that i tested out and that are sufficient to sell a bag and return but not too long so that if you were too greedy, they would get you.
