I think I've done everything in the manor, though I've not found the broom for the kobold, or given the flower to anyone
You have probably seen pretty much the game has to offer once you beat Nex in the mansion. You can check endings you missed once you unlock the HUB door, which requires you to collect the green crystals around the mansion.
