My design philosophy with BQ is that it's a kinky game, not a kink game (though I'm not offended if people call it a kink game). The sexual component is a central part of its identity but I'm not structuring it with the idea that the player has their hand down their pants while playing
On that note, I can't make any promises on a censored version since that would take quite a lot of work redoing a TON of animations/art, at the very least it'd have to be after the game is complete.
