It's a tricky one, on the surface it looks like a dud card; but really it's the key to Moira's playstyle. Every "chance" card event generates either 1 Lucky stack (success) or 1 Pity stack (fail).
Lucky/Pity are Moira's main engines, being able to build them from the start is really quite powerful so outside of manipulating stances it's a great way to start building your stacks and usually I prioritise playing them over Push. Glad you're enjoying it!
