I feel like that would go against the spirit of the jam, and I interpret that the rule is quite clear on "no AI audio" (of any kind I presume).
Maybe you could just do beeps and bops for text dialogue, like in old school visual novels? I'd guess it'd be better than risk getting disqualified.
