Played the game, and I can definitely tell it was made under a lot of time pressure. The fact that you uploaded it less than a minute before the deadline is proof of the effort that went into getting it submitted.

As for the issues, the player is currently just a static Sprite2D without animations, there doesn't seem to be a collision system for the walls, and I was able to start dialogue by pressing Enter without actually approaching the NPC. Since the game revolves around buying items, I was also expecting to be able to purchase things already, but that feature doesn't seem to be implemented yet. I also noticed the lack of background music.

That said, there are positives too. I liked the text sound effects, the art is cute and well made, and despite the game being incomplete, you still managed to submit it and show people what you've been working on. Finishing and uploading a project takes courage, and I respect that.

Good job, and good luck with future updates should you guys keep updating the game!

Thank you for trying our game out and putting the time in to write a comment! Anytime we get a comment we get really hyped to hear what people have to say (even if we know the project isn't complete)

We managed to at least put in an updated build with some of the features we were hoping to have - unfortunately not all of it in this latest build is able to reflect it at 100%

Regardless, making the game for the jam was fun and we look forward to trying out all the games here (yours included)
